I am many things – but I am most importantly a Sunday school teacher, wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. Through my work and ministry, I lead mental health and disability advocacies. I strive to amplify the voices of those in marginalized communities through my research, writings, and various projects.

Young Adult Novel

Follow Noa Ohunene Jenkins, a Black autistic girl in a small town in upstate New York. With the use of a robot toy invention, mentors, and some fellow autistic friends along the way, she realizes there’s more than one way to be both fantastically autistic, and beautifully Black.


EVENTS

Disability and Mental Health DAO

A DAO advised by those featured in the Black and Autistic book. Tokens will fund autistic and other neurodivergent organizations and individuals who are marginalized from mainstream research and media. NFTs will be released during the pre-order launch of the book!


Disability Art Campaign

“It’s time we create a campaign to bring out the voices in our communities…. Through your essays and artistic submissions, let’s build a platform for all of us to connect and seek ways of how we can better unite and stand for all BIPOC at Miami more than ever before.”…coming to Miami University fall 2022!
